This was one of the last General Conference addresses given by President James E. Faust, second counselor in the First Presidency. He speaks of the
healing power of forgiveness, beginning his remarks with a description of the senseless murders of five Amish children by a local milkman in October 2006.
President Faust's counsel is wise, though not easy to follow. In my own struggles to forgive those who have caused injury to loved ones I find President Faust's teachings helpful. The challenge is in the application of these truths.
